The 7PA52 series Lockout Relay is specifically designed for the trip output and safety interlocking circuit of power system protection relaying. After operation, the relay locks the tripping state through a latching mechanism, maintaining the output even when the initiating signal disappears. It requires manual reset or remote reset after manual confirmation, enabling protection trip hold and circuit breaker closing lockout.
